NEW Online Registration!
If you choose to register online, you will see we've made some changes. Read this before you begin for a few tips and pointers to make registering online a breeze!
Point your mouse to "Summer Camps." Choose "Register Online" from the drop-down menu. Click "Create a New Account" and follow the instructions to create a Username and password. Creating an account allows you to:
· Return to view and print your completed applications and make payments toward your balance
· Return to download supplemental forms
· Begin a registration, leave, and come back to continue it later
· Return to register again next summer
Once you've created your account, click on "2010 Summer Camp Registration" to begin registering your child for camp! Follow the directions carefully.
A few things to pay attention to:
>> When you get to the Registration screen, you will click the checkbox in front of the camp session for which you'd like to register your child.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: On this screen, you are given the option to add a camper photo and bank money. If you would like to order a camper photo and give your child bank money, ADD THESE OPTIONS NOW - you will not have the opportunity to come back to add them later. You will not have to pay for everything at this time unless you choose to. Only a $30 deposit is required to register your child for camp. See below for explanation of payment options.
>> After you've entered your information and reviewed it, you will see the following Payment Options:
· Pay entire balance now by credit card
· Pay deposit ($30.00) only by credit card
If you choose to pay the deposit only, you will be able to come back and make payments toward your balance (see below). However, you will not be able to add any extras (i.e., camp photo or bank money), so be sure you've added them on the registration screen.
· Pay deposit ($30.00) now, balance on June 1st, 2010
Be sure you've included any photo orders and bank money, and your credit card will automatically be charged for your remaining balance on June 1st. You won't have to worry about coming back to make a payment!
· Pay deposit ($30.00) now and make equal monthly payments through 06/01/10 on your credit card
>> After you've registered, if you need to come back to make a payment, it's easy! Log on with your Username and password and you will see your campers under"Completed Applications." Next to each of their names will be a link to Submit A Payment.
