Age 5 - Grade 2
Little People's Retreat is our overnight retreat for pre-camp age children. Parents may choose to accompany their child to this retreat. (Four-year olds may attend only if accompanied by a parent or other adult.) The purpose is to introduce both parent and child to the overnight camp experience. You'll sleep in the cabin, eat in the dining hall, meet some of our staff and counselors, and participate in a variety of camp activities such as games, Bible lessons, swimming and crafts. To prepare your child for a week of camp in the future, parents will be given a few options in the schedule that will allow them to pull away from their child for short periods of time during the retreat. One parent may attend the retreat with the child free of charge.
Grades 2-4
We want you to have the best time at camp! While you're here, you'll get to hang out with a super cool counselor and a CIT while you play mini-golf, go swimming, play 4-square, and some really cool new games! You'll dance around while singing fun, new songs and hear wonderful stories from the Bible! With your small group of friends you'll go through each day packed with fun and new experiences!
Grades 5-6
Fifth and sixth graders like camp better than any other age-group! You'll spend a lot of time in your small cabin group with your counselor and CIT hanging out, talking about faith and life, and doing all sorts of fun stuff. In addition to all the stuff you already love about camp, you now get to choose an area of interest you'd like to get serious about. Maybe you'd like to improve your skills in a certain sport, learn to play the guitar or take dance class. Maybe you'd like to learn to paint or do sign language. You'll have 12-15 areas of interest to choose from! In between hanging with your cabin group and learning a new skill, you'll get to enjoy some of our high-energy activities like the go-carts, the Blob, and our Giant Waterslide!
Grades 7-8
Kids camps were fun, but now you've moved up to middle school camp!! It's something like you've never experienced (unless, of course, you attended last year!). In addition to your cabin group, you'll have some really big fun with a coed team playing some outrageously zany games. Learn something new or sharpen your skills with electives in more than a dozen areas of interest including a variety of sports, guitar, art, dance, signing and many more. Talk about faith and life issues, the stuff that hits you every day - with counselors and staff who understand what you're going through. Our own house band, crazy daily videos, time to hang out with friends, late night events, and life-changing Biblical application - this camp is amazing!
Grades 9-12
How does one describe our week of high school camp? Let's see . . . words like unforgettable, life-changing, zany, and brain-rattling come to mind. If you want a place where you're accepted and loved just as you are, then you've found it. It's also a place where you can be honest and talk with others about the struggles you face in your life and your faith. You'll laugh deeper, play harder, and sing louder than you have in a long time. It's crazy. Don't miss it!
