Limitless Retreat 2025
What is ‘Limitless’?
Limitless is a ministry dedicated to providing an impactful camp weekend experience for children ages 7-15 with disabilities & their parent/guardian. As a ministry, we strive to provide an environment reflective of love, acceptance, and limitless possibilities. This year our two-night retreat will be held during the weekend of May 16th-18th. During this overnight retreat, campers are able to enjoy a variety of camp activities on our campus; swimming, games, music, bible stories, crafts, and unforgettable evening gatherings/entertainment! Each activity hosted is designed for our campers’ individual needs, with a mission to provide each child with a memorable modified camp experience. Our program provides the opportunity for families to gather in community, create friendships, and have lifelong camp memories!
Camper Supervision & Volunteer Pairing
Upon signing up for our weekend retreat, you are given the option to either have your child attend with a parent/guardian as their caregiver or your child can attend independently and be paired with one of our trained one-on-one volunteers for the weekend. If you opt to attend with your child for the weekend you are the sole care provider for your child during their camp experience with us. You will be staying on campus with your child in our cabins and participating in the weekend program. If you opt to have your child attend with a trained one-on-one volunteer, your camper will meet their volunteer upon arrival and be under their direct care and supervision for the weekend.
About Our Volunteers
The heart of our ministry is our amazing volunteers! Our volunteers are trained by our leadership, are 18+, and are required to undergo a background check. They are typically college-aged young adults studying education, occupational therapy, social work, or just have a heart for serving children with unique needs. We are so appreciative of each of our volunteers and their willingness to serve for the weekend!
Medical Needs
We host medical staff on-site during our weekend retreat to ensure that each camper receives the full support and care they need during the weekend program. Our camp nurse is responsible for medication administration, health calls, and any other medical needs that may arise.
Lodging
Campers, parents, and volunteers participating in our weekend program will stay overnight in our on-site cabins. Cabin assignments will be made based on who attends with your child for the weekend and provides support. Cabins include bunk beds, a shared common area, and a bathroom area; bathtubs are not accessible. Example: Boys and Moms Cabin, Girls and Moms Cabin, Boys and Volunteers Cabin, Girls and Volunteers Cabin. If you have multiple parents/guardians from one household attending the camp weekend and would like to stay together, contact our director, Faith Seamon. In addition, If your child is attending with a friend and you want to request bunking together, please contact our director with your request.
Cost
Many donors have blessed us to offer this weekend free of charge for participants and caregivers. The only cost associated with the weekend is a $30 registration fee for the participants and caregiver.
What’s Next?
After registering for ‘Limitless’ weekend, you will receive an email from our Director, including a parent handbook with details of the weekend, with arrival and departure times, dining, packing lists, etc. If you have additional questions or concerns, please contact our Director, Faith Seamon, at limitlessretreatcd@gmail.com.

Limitless Parent Testimonials
“Thank you for the opportunity for children with special needs and their families to enjoy such a nice place and activities in a safe, fun environment. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to bring our children to be around other children alike and not being judged or discriminated against. Everyone in that place "understood" my child's behavior and gave me a smile. Thank you all for the warm feeling of feeling welcome and being part of a camp.”
-Limitless 2024 Parent
“I learned about Limitless through a former coworker. As a special needs mom of two boys (medically and developmentally) this definitely sparked my interest. I signed my boys up and myself to go as their mentor/parent. The amount of inclusivity and hands-on experience for each and every child of different abilities was phenomenal. The faith-based was an extra bonus included where every child could learn about and praise God. To see the children enjoy every activity in an environment where they could all be included and not looked at differently brought so much joy. The counselors and staff did an amazing job!”

“I praise you, because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
