What is Limitless?
Limitless is a ministry, founded in 2024, committed to offering a meaningful and unforgettable camp experience for individuals ages 7–18 with disabilities and a parent or an approved guardian. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of love, acceptance, and limitless possibilities, where every child feels seen, valued, and supported.
Our program welcomes campers ages 7–18, but our activities—like crafts, music, dancing, and interactive games—are primarily geared toward younger children and are adjusted as needed for older campers.
This year, our two-night retreat will be held May 15–17. Throughout the weekend, campers will enjoy a wide range of accessible and engaging activities such as swimming, games, music, Bible stories, crafts, and special evening gatherings. Our campus also features accessible amenities such as handicap-friendly go-carts, a pool with a water slide, and a lake area that includes canoes and an additional waterslide. Each experience is thoughtfully adapted to meet individual needs, ensuring every camper can fully participate and have a memorable camp adventure.
Limitless not only provides fun and meaningful experiences for campers, but also offers families the opportunity to connect, build supportive relationships, and create memories that last a lifetime. We look forward to another incredible weekend together!

Camp Dixie
“Thank you for the opportunity for children with special needs and their families to enjoy such a nice place and activities in a safe, fun environment. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to bring our children to be around other children alike and not being judged or discriminated against. Everyone in that place "understood" my child's behavior and gave me a smile. Thank you all for the warm feeling of feeling welcome and being part of a camp.”

Camper Supervision & Volunteer Support
When registering for our weekend retreat, you may choose one of two care options for your child:
Option 1: Attend With Your Child
Parents or approved guardians (siblings, aunts, a family friend) may attend the retreat as their child’s primary caregiver. You will stay together in our on-site cabins, participate in all scheduled activities, and provide personal care and supervision throughout the weekend.
Option 2: Paired With a Trained One-on-One Volunteer
If your child attends independently, they will be paired with a trained volunteer who will serve as their caregiver for the duration of the weekend. Volunteers and campers are introduced at check-in, and volunteers remain with your child throughout all activities, meals, and cabin time.
About Our Volunteers
Our volunteers are at the heart of the Limitless mission. Each volunteer receives training from our leadership team. Many of our volunteers are college-aged students who work for our summer camp ministry who are studying education, occupational therapy, social work, or related fields, while others simply have a passion for supporting children with diverse needs. We are deeply grateful for their dedication and service
Medical Support
We have a medical professional on-site during the entire weekend retreat to ensure campers receive appropriate care. Our camp nurse oversees:
Medication administration
Health assessments
Any medical needs that arise during the program
This allows all campers to fully participate in the weekend while families can feel confident that care is available if needed.
Lodging
Campers, caregivers, and volunteers stay in on-site cabins designed for group living. Cabins include bunk beds, shared common areas, and community bathroom spaces. Please note that bathtubs are not available.
Cabin assignments are based on each camper’s chosen supervision plan and may include options such as:
Boys and Moms Cabin
Girls and Moms Cabin
Boys and Volunteers Cabin
Girls and Volunteers Cabin
If multiple caregivers from the same household wish to stay together, or if you would like your child to room with a friend also attending, please email our director, Faith Seamon, to request arrangements
Cost
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, participation in our weekend retreat is provided at no cost to families. The only fee required is a $30 registration fee per camper and caregiver, which helps secure placement for the retreat.
After You Register
Once registered, you will receive an email from our Director containing important details, including:
